The Tradewinds is a 240 unit residential apartment complex with one and two bedroom units. We have two 17 story buildings A & B.  The concrete buildings were built in 1960 & 1962.  We are a leasehold and a Co-Op.  Security is provided during non-business hours.  We are a gated community and requires a security key for entry and elevator use.  Many apartments have beautiful ocean views.  All apartments look down to a beautiful view of our salt water pool and lush courtyard from either the lanai or the breezeway.

We have a Gracious Open Air Plaza and Lobby, Lush Tropical Landscaping,  27 coconut palm trees on property, Short Walk to 2 Beaches, 5 Minute Stroll Along the Boulevard to Ala Moana Shopping Center.  Close to Bus Stops, Major Restaurants, Hotels and Yacht Clubs,

We are managed by Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. and have a nine member Board of Directors.  Our staff of six consist of a Resident Manager, two janitor's, two maintenance, and one groundskeeper / weekend janitor / painter.
