Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee's role is to draft recommendations for the Board of Directors including procedures and penalties for violations within the community, hear appeals from homeowners regarding violations to the covenants rules, perform periodic reviews and recommend changes to the Design Committee Rules, and review and prepare any amendments to the DCCR's.

Meeting Schedule: The Covenants Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month as needed.
