If you answered yes to any of these questions then a Covenants Audit is for you.

How it works:
The Covenants Department will set up an appointment to come out to your property and do a thorough inspection, looking for anything that is not in compliance with the most recent Design Committee Rules and Regulations. You will then be given a detailed report. The Covenants Department will work with you to resolve any issues that were found.
