We're excited to introduce our newest class! This class is designed for those in the beginner to moderate fitness range. The class is designed so that the participants get out of it what they put into it. The class is developed around the principles of resistance training. It is intended to compliment your current cardio workout by offering a full body training regiment to round out your training needs. Advanced Personal Trainer Elsa Howard, from EBH Fitness LLC, will lead you through a high energy resistance training regiment designed to increase your heart rate while burning calories, and shedding those unwanted pounds. The class is NOT designed like a boot camp, but you will be pushed beyond your comfort zone to ensure that you reach your health and fitness goals.
