The Maintenance Department is one of the hardest working departments of the Association. They are responsible for keeping the Community Center clean and assuring the clarity of the swimming pool is good. They also maintain common areas of the community by picking up rubbish, maintaining walls and fences, and cleaning up graffiti. The Maintenance staff is happy to help homeowners anyway they can.
