The Design Committee has approved two styles of locking mailboxes.  They are standard models and can be found at most hardware and home improvement stores. 

 

Instructions:
Print the form and mail, fax or drop it off to the Association Office.  An authorized representative will sign the form and return it to you.  Once you have the form signed by us it is considered to be an active permit and you are able to commence with installing the improvement.
