If someone tries to tailgate through the entry gate or elevators, if possible do not allow them to enter and contact Security. Give Security a description of the person. If the individual has a security key but it doesn't work, it's likely it has been disabled by the Resident Manager for a reason. Contact Security!
If the elevators are not functioning properly, contact Security. Describe the problem with the elevator; security will contact the Resident Manager for the appropriate action. Certain wind conditions can prevent the doors from closing all the way, preventing the elevator from operating. To continue, open the doors with the elevator open door (<|>) button and then assist the doors as they are closing with both hands flat on the face of the door, pushing them together. This usually solves the problem. If the problem persists, contact Security or any staff member for help.
If you have any complaint or question about a Security Officer, contact the Resident Manager.
