Over recent years the Tradewinds has performed many projects that reduce our energy cost and at the same time improve the appearance and value of our property. We have been doing this for years, but now it's called "Being Green". IT MAKES SENSE! Why not save money and and at the same time, help to save the planet. Be Green is all about not being so wasteful and changing a few things in our life to help the world.
We want every resident to make a
conscious effort to save our precious resources and at the same time save all of our community the cost for wasted energy. Please encourage your family, children, friends, neighbors, tenants, and agents to save our energy cost by saving water and electricity.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE BE GREEN PROJECTS THE TRADEWIND'S HAS ACCOMPLISHED:
Performed a energy and safety inspection in every apartment (correction required)
Installed energy saving CFL lamps in every apartment
Purchased a scrubbing machine to clean the pool deck and breezeways
Reinstated a recycle program for redeemable's, newspaper and glass
New Energy-Star light fixtures in laundry rooms
New CFL copper light fixtures on breezeways and lobby's
