Welcome to Kuli'ou'ou Kai's web page.  Kuli'ou'ou Kai is a unique condominium complex.  It consists of six fourplexes and two duplexes on two and one-half acres of beautifully landscaped acres bordering the Paiko Lagoon Bird Sanctuary.  Views of the lagoon, Maunalua Bay and Koko Head dominate.  See the photo gallery under the "Stay Connected" tab of this web site. The majority of our units are owner occupied, thus there is a high degree of community involvement in making Kuli'ou'ou Kai the outstanding home base.  Owners are in large measure highly educated professionals with a high sense of responsibility toward their community.
