Country Club Vista is a twenty-one story high-rise condominium containing 41 fee simple two-bedroom and two-bathroom condominiums.  There are two apartments per floor.  All of these apartment units are privately owned.  Located along the 13th fairway of the Honolulu International Country Club the building is situated such that all apartment lanais face the golf course.

The two level garage parking facility (64 parking stalls) is attached to the main building and its entrances (upper and lower) are security grilled parking entrances accessed by security key.  There are three visitors parking stalls in front of the building as well as a driveway building entry.
