Welcome to the official website of the Ala Wai Plaza Skyrise, providing electronic services for news and announcements; access to an online resource center for important association documents and forms; and hopefully much more.  This  website is updated on a regular basis, and it contains  archived documents as well.  You can find newsletters, minutes to the Board meetings, copies of the Skyrise By-laws and Declaration, and our insurance coverage within this website.

For an overview  and a few ideas as to how this website can save you time and get connected with our community and AWPS neighbors, click About Online Services.  For the time being, we do NOT have the “Premium” offerings listed on that page.  However, if there is sufficient interest, the Board of Directors will definitely consider investing in it.
